If you are logged in to the correct YouTube account and the presentation video gives you the “Video Unavailable – This video is private” message, try the following:

Go to youtube.com and make sure you are signed in with the email address which you have provided to us. In another tab, go to the following link—it will show the Youtube channels associated with your account.

https://www.youtube.com/channel_switcher?next=%2Faccount&feature=settings

Most likely, there will be more than one identity. Select the one that looks like your main one. It may say “Owner Account” and show your full email address.

If, for some reason, that is not helpful, another way is to go to youtube.com and click on the account icon at the top right. The account icon looks like a circle with either your picture in it or a letter. (If it says SIGN IN, then sign in first.)

Then, click on the 4th selection down, “Switch Account.”

You may see multiple identities associated with your account, or, if it says “More Accounts” under your name, click on that. Choose the main identity that shows your email address and might say “Owner Account.”

If when you first sign in to YouTube you are presented with options to “Use YouTube as…” multiple identities, again, try to choose the main one which shows your email address, rather than an associated channel.

If you are using a phone or other device, the specific details may be different, but the goal remains the same. To switch your identity to your email address rather than a channel which is associated with it.

One final note. Once logged into the correct account, the videos will not simply appear. It will be necessary to select the video to be played on the Conference Materials page, in a different tab of the browser.
